My daughter and I have always been close. However, she suffers from bipolar now and is in a very bad mood. She is in that stage now when she feels very low and remembers the stuff she did or said in the past and regrets them. She feels as if she made many mistakes and I can’t do anything to make her feel differently. What should I do? How should I approach to her?

You need to talk to her and make her realize that even if she did things she regrets….that it was in the past. Talking and regretting or feeling guilty won’t lead her anywhere nor it will erase these deeds. Make her realize that she can change all of that but not sitting and regretting but working on them. That is something I would recommend anybody not just people who suffer from bipolar.
