birth control, tetracycline and acne

I am currently taking tetracycline and birth control for acne. I hear all this stuff about antibiotics lowering the effect on birth control. I have my tubes tied so I am not worried about getting pregnant however will taking the tetracycline cause the birth control not to work for my acne
