I started my period or what I thought was my period but was lighter than usual on feb.2 on the 3rd I started the b/c pill. by the end of the day I stopped bleeding .Is it normal to stop bleeding when you start the pill like that? I know I should have started taking the pill on the first day of my period but I didn't .I didn't even take a pregnancy test before starting the pill cause I only had unprotected sex 1 time in Jan. on the 12th So I don't think I'm pregnant. I just want to know if its normal to stop bleeding so soon after starting the pill?

Yes that is very normal.

The hormones are going to take over your cycle and create a new one.
