ive been on birthcontol for about 3 months now, last month i got a very light period (just spotting), but now this month im bleeding really bad and im not in the sugar pills yet, should i be worried about being pregnant and miscarrying the baby, my period also has a funny smell and that has never happened before either. i am taking lunesta will that effect the birth control

That sounds normal.

NO, it is unlikely you are miscarrying at all, BIRTH CONTROL does not cause miscarriages...

Have you missed any pills, or taken any late?

USUALLY women will have breakthrough bleeding in the first 1-3 months on a pill, YOU ARE having breakthrough bleeding.

keep taking your pill.
