Are there any chances that I got pregnant although I was using birth control pills. My gynecologist told me that I should be taking them at the same time every day, and I did, I never skipped but my period did not arrive in time like it always does. I was supposed to get it yesterday but I didn’t. Should I get an hpt or should I wait a bit longer to see if it occurs? Thank you
I also freaked out when I missed my first period while on bc pills. I was so mad at my friend who recommended the pills thinking I was pregnant. Actually I wasn’t. Sometimes it happens that a woman misses a period while on the pills but you should get yourself tested just to make sure you are not pregnant. After all, they are only 99% accurate.
