I need to know something about my child's behavior. He is biting and hitting 5 year old boy whom my wife and I simply cannot explain that it is not a normal behavior. I assume that he picked up this kind of acting from other kids in the park, where we often go. Still, I did not think that it will hold him for much long, but it does and we are almost clueless now. Can you help us out?

I assume that he did not behave this way before, that he is except for this, a normal kid. He is 5 years old, which means that he is in age when everything interests him. He probably started copying those kids from the park because their behavior is something completely different from what he saw. It looks quite interesting to him, thus he acts like them. Still, do not forget that there might be a possibility of some trauma and that he is expressing his emotions like that. If this behavior continues, you must take him to some expert for child's behavior disorders.
