About a month ago I noticed a black dot on the inner lower lid of my brotehr right eye. There are no eyes lashes growing in that area. we went to a doctor today and he didnt know what it was but he said that it feels like a bump... so a black bump on inner lower lid with no eyelashes...can anyone help me please...
