black spots on labia

i have black spots on my labia, they look like very small moles. I have a recurring thrush problem, is this a side effect?

I have black spots too, had alot of itching but not due to thrush. Had an exam MD is going to do a biopsy and check for Melanoma???? apparently you can get it down there???
