I need help at once, please. I have bladder dysfunction. I have problems with frequency and urgency of my urination. Also, often I had to pee by night. When I feel the need to urinate I can't hold it for long. It can cause serious impact on my life. Can you tell me how to treat it?

You have something what is called combined bladder dysfunction. So, according to that you should take a combined treatment. Treatment strategies include dietary and fluid management. Most of them include medications. Also sometimes it is necessary to take intermittent or continual catheterization by inserting a thin tube into the bladder to remove urine. Go to the doctor which will determine the course of your treatment.
