i am 18 weeks pregnant and have been bleeding every day i have had two scans and they say the baby is fine but tonight i lost some clots where can it be comming from please help

You need to go to your doctor and tell them to rum tests. That is dfinitely not normal and you need to be seen if for no other reason than to put your mind at ease. Good luck and I will keep you in my thoughts.
