bleeding 15months after total hysterectomy

I had a total hysterectomy (ovaries, uterus, cervix removed) and this morning I had bright red blood. A little more that average "spotting".
It stopped and then I had a tinge more of bright red about and hour later.
What could cause this?
I do feel crampy, I have for about 2 days.

I will call my Dr but wanted to see if I could get an idea before i went to see him. It usually takes awhile to get in his office.
