bleeding 3 days after plan B, then miss regular period.

My last period ended November 4th. I had unprotected sex on November 11th. I took Plan B 15-18 hours later. I started bleeding November 15th-17th (3 days) which was heavy enough to fill up tampons. My regular period should have started on December 1st and it is now December 14th. Am i actually 2 weeks late or will my next period be a month after my 'plan B period'? Was it even a period? Can I be pregnant?
