my period started on the 1st of november ( 3 days early ) it was very heavy and i was having cramps through out it i stopped bleeding on the 6th but started spotting on the 9th i feel like i am due to start period again and feel sick, i got sterilised 2 years ago i am little bit worried i am with same partner for 9 months and went for checks before so not std any ideas please very gratful
