I’ve been trying to conceive for some time. I start measuring BBT, but I think I am doing something wrong. I thought until recently I did everything right…but it isn’t. I just can’t find the right days for ovulation. I start also with the chart, but something confused me. Do I have to start the chart on the first day of actual bleeding or the last?

You have to start the chart on the first day of the cycle, first day of the bleeding. I really don’t know when the ovulation occurs without my chart. BBT or basal body temperature is the temperature the body is at rest so there are actions that affects your BBT. Maybe that is where you are making mistakes, things like sleeping with the open mouth, having your feet outside the covers…etc.

Here is the best free website for BBT charting:
http://www.fertilityfriend.com

I have been charting here for a year. There is a free membreship and a VIP membership (you'll get VIP for free for the first month).
I have only the free membership. You only have to record your temperature and fertility signs. The website does everything else. It calculates your ovulation date. Try to take your temperatures every morning at the same time. If it is still too rocky, try to take vaginal temperatures (starting when you begin a new cycle - first day of your period)

You can get answers for lot of questions from their handbook:

Good luck!
