bleeding and burning after sex

I am 19 years old and lost my virginity about a week ago. I did not bleed at all my first time, but my boyfriend and i had sex two days ago, for quite a long time, and all of the sudden today i have burning when i urinate and there is some bleeding mixed in. Is this a urinary tract infection or just something that is happening because i am new to sex?
