my daughter is 7 weeks pregnant she has had bleeding for 3 days she had slight cramping on the first day for a while but no pain since but she is still bleeding she had hcg test which was low and scan tomorrow when we went to the doctors they gave her internal and said the cervix was closed any ideas what could be the problem as we are vary worried
