Hello there, I am a guy who is 26 years old. I am a smoker and I know that this is very bad for me. I know of lung diseases including a cancer and many other conditions. Is it true that smoking is bad for my blood vessels? I heard that blood vessel may even bleed or something like that.
Well smoking is very bad for you as you know. But there are many more things that can affect blood vessels in a similar way. Alcohol, stress, high blood pressure, you name it. Cholesterol is also very bad, and food you eat may be lethal if you don't eat fruits, vegetables and stuff. That is all there is to it.
