bleeding for two months after delivery

6 weeks after delivery i started to bleed..its been two months and i am still bleeding. my dr did pelvic and vaginal ultrasound for me and he said it was fine. my uterus, my ovaries were fine. he said that my problem was my hormone.
i was so concerned about my health because until now i am still bleeding and suffering abdominal pain.
is this normal. advise me what is the best thing that i would do.
