bleeding out of my rectum

Hi, I am a 32 year old women with four children. I have been bleeding out of my rectum for the past 2 weeks. When I sit down to use the bathroom I drop 5-10 blood droplets into the toilet. Today I ddnt even use the bathroom I just sat there and 5 drops cme out to fill the toilet. Im very scared and want some feedback. Im about to head to the doctor to get a colonatrame -spelling? help
