I have a problem and I was hoping someone here can help me. I was recently diagnosed with blepharitis. The thing is that I can’t use regular therapy, because of my allergies on drugs. So, I am hoping some one could recommend alternative remedies that I could try for my blepharitis.
One of my friends who had blepharitis tried various treatments and he said that he had success with organic live yoghurt. He said that beside the eyes his skin improved too.
The best is plain organic live yoghurt and you can add a fruit for taste, but avoid eating any other food for at least eight hours after taking the yoghurt.
