blisters and swelling on lips after waxing

After years of no reaction after lip waxing, I have now developed swollen lips and tons of water blisters all over my upper lip and down through my chin area. I have iced and put aloe vera on all day, but he water blisters keep returning as does tightness and some pain, burning. Any suggestions to reduce the swelling, blisters and burning?
