bloating, belching, gurgling stomach

A couple of weeks ago I was exercising after drinking a cup of hot lemon tea and eating pineapples, about 5 minutes later my stomach felt as if it had exploded. DId the lemon and pineapple after exercising cause my stomach to erupt? Since then for about a week I had constant belching and bloating. After a week 1/2 it appeared to go away. Until, now when I eat certain foods my stomach seems to be very sensitive.There is still bloating at times and when I get full I fill very uncomfortable. I have no trouble with daily bathroom visits, no constipation, no pain. Just discomfort
after eating certain foods.( bloating and even a spasm in my top part of my stomach. Could I have pulled a muscle exercising and could that effect my stomach bloating? Confused

i have the same problem too. and i can't figure out what it is.
are you alright now though, since it's been more than a year.
