bloating in the top stomach and burning on my chest.....

i was wondering what the problem could be. i have a bloated stomach, and it growls and i feel gassy and what not. and also, my breasts somewhat feel like they are burning on the upper part. could that be because i started to sleep with a bra on at night? and finally, i get chest pains on and off. what could this all mean?
