bloating stomach all th time

hi i am experiencing severe bloating of the stomach upper area it s very painful i had a miscarriage 3 months ago the bloating lasts 20mins then my stomach goes down again 5 mins later it swells out like i am 5 months pregnant can anyone help please Sad

Hi! Maybe you should have it checked. I can’t relate to your bloating since I don’t know when it started and what it could be going on. You need to have it checked.
I also had a miscarriage (it more than a year ago) and I was bloated when it happened, I had all the symptoms like bright red bleeding and cramping and very low mood but I contributed all to the raging hormones. I didn’t even know I miscarried until I went for my regular check up.
Are you about to get your period? You may be bloating because of this? It would be best if you saw a doctor to determine if there’s something going on, it may not be hormonal related. I hope everything goes well. I just had my baby and am so happy! Baby dust to you! Be strong!
