bloating stomach/back pain

For the last three days I have suffered from bloating of the stomach with pain around lower stomach to lower back. When I pass urine toward the end it starts to hurt. I am still having bowel motions which are not painful. I had a colonoscopy about three months ago which was all clear. The reason for having one was a precaution as my mother had bowel cancer 20 yrs ago and survived. I am female aged almost 54yrs and normally in excellent health. Thanks for any help you may be able to give.
