Hello. I am a 19 years old guy and I have problems with sinuses. I always had problems with them. Now, the problem is that it isn't only slight full nose. I have problems with my throat as well, I have headaches, sometimes I can not sleep because my nose is full. I checked with my doctor, and he said that nothing is wrong with me. But I am prone to
blocked sinuses. Any remedies that can help me?

Hi. I have a problem with my sinuses too. I do not use the nose drops that my doctor said I should use, because it irritates my nose. I boil a bowl of water, and add eucalyptus leaves to it. Then I inhalate for ten minutes, and I do this every time I have a problem with my sinuses. I always do the trick.
