blodd in stool, diareah and crampming after hysterectomy

I recently had a hysterectomy about 12 days ago. After leaving the hospital, I vomited and had diareah for about 6 days. My stomach hurt so bad from the cramping from doing both, that I could hardly move. Now I can not release any waiste without my whole lower abdomin and backside cramping so bad that I can not move. I had started getting a little more solic in my stool, buy I can not release it without the worse pain I have ever felt. I took a laxitive to help me out so I was not in so much pain and now I have blood coming out. Please help me. I do not know quite what to do, and it is very painful.

could be an anal fissure. they cause bleeding and lots of horrible pain when deficating. they also cause awful cramps inthe sphincter.
