blood clots and stomach pains from the pill?

Hi! im a healthy 20 year old woman and have been on birth control for about a year and a half. I have just stopped taking the pill for my period but i must admit that i have been taking it more than i should to delay my period for holidays etc.
Since stopping it a few days ago i have been experiencing stomach pains, cramps and blood clotting.
Is this normal? should i have anything to be worried about?
Any advice would be grateful.
