I've recently noticed blood in my stool and some red spots on my legs and backside. I've also had a spot on my penis head which was about the size of a quarter and goes from red to pink and is dry and callused. I've had unprotected sex the last couple of months with girls that I didn't know too well. Do I have an STD?
