hello im a 24 yr old mother of a 20 mth old. a few months ago i noticed blood on the toilet paper after i did a number 2. its bright red, i also have a lump right next to my anus. the blood comes back every now and again. im so scared
Hemorrhoids often occur during pregnancy and this is probably what you have since you said the bleeding was only noticeable when you wiped. The lump also indicates a hemorrhoid. You should was the area with water after every bowel movement you have and see if it goes away in some time. If it doesn't, and it starts causing troubles, you should see a doctor.
