Hello, I’m 23 years old, male. I’m not sure if these are symptoms of sexual transmitted disease that I’m going through. I’ve noticed blood in urine. It appears in the morning when urinate but not every time during the day. I feel discomfort in genital area, something like itching in urethra. It is not painful, it just itches. Can it be dangerous?

It can be cystitis, gonorrhoea, Chlamydia, anything. Men usually don’t have many symptoms when have std, so they are not that specific for each disease. You should check it with your doctor and get proper medications to solve he problem. If symptoms disappear it wouldn’t have to mean that you’re no longer sick. It would probably mean the disease gets in its chronic form.
