blood on wipes, itching, staining. Do i have hemorrhoids? what should i do?

Im 19 years old. For about the past 1-2 years everytime ive had a BM when ive wipped there has been blood on the wipe. usually just a bright red streak, sometimes the whole thing is covered in bright red blood. I also have a lot of itching but not very often. some days itll itch all day others i wont even notice anything. I also tend to have some track marks on my boxers. only once was there ever any blood in the stool or the water. What should i do?

It sounds like an internal hemorrhoid, but
could be a skin tag or fissure too.

External hemorrhoids do not bleed, but tend
to itch. Why not get a surgeon to check it out ?
