bloody/brown discharge after losing virginity

Hey i'm 17 and my bf and i had sex for the first time a few weeks ago, since then we've had sex a few times (using a condom every time) but the other day i saw speckles of blood in my pants and then browny discharge, i'm not sure if this is what you are all talking about? I'm confused when i first looked it up i thought it was implantation bleeding and panicked, what else could it be? Also, can you get pregnant if the condom comes off a bit while he's taking his penis out? (sorry for the graphicness of the question) I'm going to make an appointment with the clinic but it's open awkward days and times so i'm really concerned about how long im leaving it and that i still don't kow what it is! Help me pleeeassseeeeee
