my child is 3 weeks old and I have changed her milk from irom Emfamil to soy because she seem to be constipated her poop is much better now but she acts like shes in pain when she goes poop.

Does she seem to be struggling to have a bowel movement?

If you have children you might recognize the difference between a normal cry and a very high pitched "screaming at the top of their lungs" cry which do you hear?

With babies you really have to go on the clinical signs. Please try to describe her behavior in detail.
