Yes you can but you wont produce as much sperm as you can with 2.. I was in i think 5th or 6th grade when my teacher told me someone (forgot his name) had cancer in one of his testicles and had to get it removed you can do everything you want with it..

No, the testicle you have will pick up the slack...besides, it only takes 1 sperm to fertilize an egg and ejaculate contains thousands of sperm.

As far as having only 1 testicle is concerned it will be just the same as having 2, it will have to work a bit harder but it will still produce a good anount of sperm.

Nothing will grow in its place on its own, although I beleve you could get a false one if your really concous about only having one but it wont make any difference to your ability to produce children it would be purely a cosmetic procedure.

The only thing I would ask your doctor perhaps if your a bit worried, is that if there was a problem with the now removed testicle, could there be anything up with this one aswell, might be worth just checking out for reassurance if nothing else. If it was simply that it didnt drop in your early years then there shouldnt be any issues with this one.

How old are you?
