Hi there, I would like to compete on Boston marathon. I have never done something like this and I am training hard for the event. I would like to hear some useful tips from more experienced people out there. Do you have something for me? Thank you in advance for everything you share with me.

Hi there, I will try hard to help you out. Marathon is very tough discipline. Because the fact you have to run for 42 km, you better try not to rush in the beginning. Use refreshment every time it comes by, because that can mean the difference between success and failure to finish the race. The most important thing is to keep your rhythm and not to give up. You have to be prepared mentally for the race.
