Im 20 and both me and my boyfriend of 3 years have only ever slept with each other, however is it still possible you could get an sti like genital warts as that is more bacterial infection?

Genital warts are viral infection and you could get it only if one of you made out with a different person and had genital skin to skin contact, not necessarily intercourse.

But if neither of you had any previous contacts what so ever, you cannot get an STI but you could get bacterial infections that are not necessarily sexually transmitted.
