Hi, one health problem has diverted my attention. It is not real problem yet but it can become. I have noticed that I have problems with bowel movement lately. Since I remember I had the normal one stool a day. But the last four days I have constipation. I have started to exercise few days ago, can it be the reason.

I don't think that exercise could cause problems with the bowel movement. On the contrary it is recommended to older people who don't move much or those who has been in the bed for a long time (after a surgery). Maybe you have changed your eating habits when you started to exercise so it has caused constipation. Also it is important to rest and to take a lot of fluids. If it continues go to the doctor.
