bowel movements and fear?

i have this unrelentless fear of pooing in public.
i fear i'll have a bowel movement and everyone will see, hear and smell
anyone have any suggestiongs on regulating these movements?
or getting over the fear?

You should go and consult a doctor for it. Either there is some problem in digestion or something else is going on in your stomach. Or it may be a psychological problem. You might be thinking that such a thing might happen because of fear or tension. But it wont.
It happens with me sometimes when I m tensed or in fear that something is going to go wrong.
