I am interested in engaging in some sort of physical activity more seriously. I have been thinking about body building, but it looks somehow boring. After consideration I have chosen kick boxing. It is something that will build my strength and speed, and I can even participate in tournaments and test my skills. What are other benefits of physical activities. Someone mentioned bradycardia. What is that?

Bradycardia is a slower heart rate, when it is under 60 in minute. Usually people active in sports tend to have this condition. Also, there are other benefits of sport – healthy organism with strong immune system able to withstand all possible attacks. Think about that too and congrats on your decision it is a wise one.
