brain tumor or something?!

i`m 18 years old. i had an accident about 7 months ago. i was jumping with my bike, and landed head first. it was a preety hard impact and i got a small skull fracture, on the left side, but nothing more. i did an EEG (electroencephalogram or something like that) and it came out ok. about 2 weeks ago i started experiencing a presure sensation in my head...like a mild headake. i don`t really know how to describe it. what could be wrong..? could i have a bran tumor...or a severe problem?! i`m starting to get scared
