breakthrough bleeding for 12 days IT WONT STOP!!! HELP!!!!

Ive been taking Tri Cylcenl Lo for 3 months. The last month I skipped the placebo pills and went right to a new pack taking the white pills. I didnt get my period for a month and 2 weeks ago I started breakthrough bleeding and it still hasnt stopped! Its light but its getting to be a horrible inconvience!! Will it stop? Is there anything I can do to make it stop? Please I need answers. thank u Crying or Very sad
