Hi, it is not rare to see a metastasis in lungs, since they are susceptible to cancer spreading. It is not a wonder, because the blood from all parts of the body flows back to the heart and then to the lungs to get oxygenated. Main symptoms of lung cancer are a persistent cough, shortness of breath, susceptibility to chest infections. Chest aching, discomfort and heaviness is not rare. If you had your breast cancer surgically removed there are very small chances for it’s metastasis in the lungs, but perhaps it is happening. Any change that is suspected to be of malignant nature should be thoroughly checked up.
