I have a 4.5 month old baby that I exclusively bf. I had two pp af but haven't had one for two months now. I am having some cramping, tingly nips, painful bf, nausea, fatigue, and loss of appetite. I have taken an hpt which came out -. Pregnancy is the only thing that I can think it would be. Any thoughts?
