Hi, I am 37 years old male and I am suffering from chronic bronchitis for more than 7 years. I used to run when I was younger and it means a lot for me. In last several years I didn't have much time for exercising and reason was bronchitis too. I would like to know if it is good for me to start with exercising or running again.

Hi, I am also suffering from chronic bronchitis and I am exercising too. My doctor suggested that it would be good for me to swim or to do aerobic exercises which are not hard. I have made exercising plan together with him and I am visiting him regularly to control status of my bronchitis. I would suggest you to start easy exercises for beginning.
