bronchitis prognosis

I was diagnosed with bronchitis 3 days ago. I have been coughing for last two weeks and finally decided to see a doctor. Even though she said that I should not worry much about my condition I still cannot shake the feeling that something will go wrong. I quit smoking 6 months ago, but still have morning cough with sputum. Will my bronchitis prognosis be positive?
