bronchitis sinusitis

Hi, I am mother of 5 years old girl who often has sinusitis. In the last 10 days she started coughing. My close friend told me his kid has similar problems and their doctor explained to them that he is suffering from bronchitis which is caused by sinusitis. Can you tell me something about it?

Hi, unfortunately I have to say that connection between sinusitis and bronchitis is evident, especially in such early ages. Little children sinuses are very vulnerable and exposed to inflammatory processes. Sinusitis in this period is very often and pretty difficult for curing. Because of that inflammation easily affects lung airways so it may cause bronchitis.
