| Please help me. I have had this thin brown discharge for a few months now while i have been taking my birth control pills. I have been on the pill for a few years now, and when this bleeding started my doctor thought i should change pills because she thought there wasnt enough estrogen in the pill. So, i swithed to a new pill, which is causing major mood swings, still bleeding while taking the pills and sometimes severe itchiness in the vaginal area and cramping. I cannot wear white underwear at all during this weird bleeding. What do you think this is?? By the way, i have had the same partner for over 2 years now, so i dont think this could be an std, which is what my doctor originally thought. During intercourse, i can also get quite a bit of this thin, brown discharge and it makes quite the mess. |

| Sounds like you might need to change pills again. It can take a bit of trial and error to find one that is good for you |

Thank you for the response. I was just wondering though, this bleeding started when i was on the same pill that i had been on for about 4 years. why would this bleeding start all of a sudden?And, it is now continuing with this new pill? This is becoming quite stressful. I am worried that there is something wrong, but my last pap test did come back normal in November. |
