brown discharge

i have'nt seen my periods for four mths ago. presently i am getting a brown secretion. what is wrong with me ?

Delayed period for four months is a long period, you should have done some analyses so far. Have you been sexually active so that this could be a result of pregnancy? I mean, a brown discharge is just natural to occur when you are pregnant so there is nothing to worry about it.
However, late period doesn’t necessarily mean that you are pregnant. You should do a home pregnancy test and in case the result is negative you have to consider if you have recently been sick or you’ve been under excessive stress or have taken some new medications. All of these things could postpone your period but what is worrying are these four months! This is however too much time that passed from your last period and you should immediately take a test!!
Are you on a birthconroll pills? Some of these pills could also cause a late and irregular period, but I would suggest you to go talk to your gynecologist about your problem, he would the best know what will your next step be! Good luck!
