brown,oily rectal discharge during menstruation

hi,im 21 yrs old.im having my monthly menstruation when i noticed a brown,oily,fatty discharge came from my anus with no abdominal discomforts.i have 2 episodes of diarrheoa a day before that happened.this is my first time having it.do i have a cancer?

It sounds more likely like endometriosis. It is a disorder in which endometrial cells grow not just in the uterus but also on the fallopian tubes, bladder, ovaries and even bowels.

If the bleeding occurs only during your period, you could book an ultrasound (when you are about to get your period) with your gyn to have this checked.
